"Glad I Didn’t Pass on This"
I was on the fence at first, but I’m really glad I went for it. It feels worth the money, and I’d probably be annoyed with myself if I had skipped it and missed out.

"Solid Food and Cold Drinks"
The food was really tasty, the drinks came out nice and cold, i’ve got zero complaints. Solid spot all around.

"Booking got fixed in the end"
Had to wait a little longer than I expected, but support was actually nice and got my booking issue sorted out. Not perfct, but it worked out fine.

"Rough start to the trip"
I tried to check in online before heading to the airport, but the site kept crashing on me. Then when I got there, the queue was huge and the staff didn’t seem especially helpful — though to be fair, they did look busy. It just made the start of the trip more stressful than it needed to be

"Cheap at first glance, but not quite"
I saw the flight price and immediately assumed I’d found a great deal, but the extras started adding up fast. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish they showed the real total earlier so I didn’t get my hopes up right away.

"So, overall the package holiday was…"
So, overall the package holiday was okay, really. The flights were on time and the hotel transfer was easy, so getting there wasn’t stressful or anything. The hotel was a bit hit and miss though. Our room was clean, which was good, but the food got boring after a few days and the pool was way too crowded. The rep was friendly enough, but not that helpful. I’d probably use jet2 again if the price was right, but yeah, I’d definitely spend more time checking hotel reviews next time

I’m still waiting for my refund and haven’t gotten any clear update on what’s going on. It’s been frustrating having to follow up without a straight answer. At this point, I really expect some kind of compensation for the delay and the hassle

"Handled Fairly, Even If It Took a Bit"
We had to cancel our booking because of a family issue, i was expecting it to be a hassle. Jet2 did take a little while to get back to us, which wasn’t ideal, and I do usually expect quicker communication when travel plans are involved. But once I actually got through to someone, everything was explained clearly and the refund details were laid out properly. It wasn’t perfect on timing, but it was handled fairly and ended up being much less stressful than I expected.

"My flight home was delayed by just over…"
My flight home was delayed by just over 2 hours, which was obviously a bit frustrating, but jet2 handled it well. I was getting text updates, and the airport staff kept letting everyone know what was happening too, so you didn’t feel like you were just sitting there with no clue. Delays are never fun, but when you’re kept in the loop it makes it a lot easier to deal with. The staff were polite and seemed organised, so I can’t really fault how they managed it.

Boarding was smooth and didn’t take forever. The staff kept the line moving, which helped a lot. The gate area was a bit crowded, but something about it still felt manageable overall.

I had to follow up on my complaint a few times before anything really moved forward. To be fair, they did fix the issue in the end, but the replies were slow and not always clear. Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like better communication would’ve made the whole thing a lot less frustrating.

I was fully expecting my baggage to be a mess or show up late, and I was already getting annoyed just thinking about it. But then it came out quickly and in perfect shape, so okay, credit where it’s due — they handled it really well.

"Comfortable flight with decent legroom"
I flew with Jet2.com recently and was happy with the legroom. I’m not especially tall, but I really don’t like feeling cramped on flights, and this one felt noticeably more comfortable than some others I’ve taken. I could actually move my knees a bit and didn’t feel like I had to sit awkwardly the whole time. It might seem like a small thing, but it really makes the trip much nicer. I’d be happy to fly with them again

"Easy Booking, Just Wish the Waiting Was Shorter"
I booked our holiday on Jet2.com and it was straightforward. The pages loaded quickly, the filters were easy to use, and I could see the total price clearly the whole time, which I really appreciated. No confusing steps or messing about, so getting it booked was simple. The only thing that got a bit frustrating was the waiting around at certain points, because I just wanted to get it sorted and confirmed.

"Comfy seat for a short Jet2 flight"
Flew with jet2 last week and the seat was actually better than I expected. I had enough leg room, and the padding felt decent too, not like those flights where you can feel every bit of the seat frame. It was only a short trip, but I stayed comfortable the whole way and didn’t get off with a sore back, which was a nice bonus. uncomfortable seating feels preventable, so I was glad this wasn’t one of those experiences.

"Fine flight, but nothing memorable"
The crew was polite enough, just not exactly warm or friendly. Drinks took a while to come around, and at times I felt a bit rushed... Overall the flight was fine, no major issues, but nothing really stood out either!

"Not the best ride, unfortunately"
I feel like I ended up waiting way longer than expected, and the driver came across as a bit rude. The bus also felt cramped, so overall it wasn’t exactly a comfortable experience.
